Fruity Coleslaw
Fruity Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped/shredded cabbage, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, 1/2 c. celery, 1 c. raisins and 1 (8 oz.) container vanilla yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cabbage, pineapple, celery, raisins and yogurt in a large bowl.
Toss well; add mandarin oranges, toss again.
Chill for 4 to 6 hours.
Add bananas when ready to serve.
Toss again. Serves 8.
