Combine fruit and nuts and dredge with flour.
In a bowl, add the cake mix, 1 egg, orange juice, lemon extract and salt.
Mix 2 minutes.
Add remaining eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Blend batter into fruit.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes as standard size cupcakes (use paper liners).
