Fruit Sorbet
Fruit Sorbet is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries or raspberries, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 1 tbsp. black currant syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put berries through a fine sieve to get rid of seeds.
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Pour into a metal bowl and place in freezer.
Remove from freezer 2 or 3 times during the freezing process and blend it again each time.
Then freeze completely until ready to serve.
Serve with either white chocolate mousse or chocolate mousse.
