Fruit Salad Chantilly
Fruit Salad Chantilly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can fruit cocktail, 1/2 c. cold water, 1/3 c. orange juice, 1 container cool whip and 1 (3 oz.) box peach gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drain fruit cocktail, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 1 cup.
Heat to boiling.
Add to gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup cold water, orange rind and lemon juice. Chill until partially set.
Fold fruit cocktail into gelatin mixture, then fold in Cool Whip.
Turn into a 6-cup mold and chill until firm.
