Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) lime flavor gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 1/4 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve 2 packages gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Add cold water and the vinegar.
Chill until thickened.
Pour 1/2 cup of gelatin into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Arrange 3 pineapple rings on top.
Fold in banana slices and spoon 1 cup gelatin into pan. Chill again until set, but not firm.
Blend mayonnaise into remaining thickened gelatin until mixture is smooth.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
