Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. pineapple, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1 (3 oz.) banana, 1 c. strawberries and 1 small apple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Thicken pineapple juice with the cornstarch over medium heat. Mix cornstarch with a little water before adding to juice so it won't lump.
You may add 1 package of sugar substitute to sauce when cool, if desired.
Pour over fruit and stir.
Makes 6 servings.
