Cream butter and brown sugar; work in flour, oats and pecans. Press on lightly oiled pan (cookie sheet if a double batch). Prick with fork.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cream the cheese, vanilla and sugar in small bowl.
Blend well.
Spread over crust and top with fruit slices of choice.
