Fruit Cake
Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. cherries, 3/4 lb. pineapple, 1 lb. mixed fruit, 1 lb. raisins and 4 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour cherry over fruit; let stand overnight.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add sour cream; beat until fluffy.
Add flavorings. Sift flour, soda and salt.
Beat eggs.
Add flour and eggs to mixture, beginning and ending with flour.
Put 1/2 cup of the flour over fruit and nuts; blend until all fruit is coated.
Pour batter over all.
Mix until blended.
Put into 2 loaf pans lined with wax paper.
Bake in middle of stove at 250Β° for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Keep pan with water under cake.
Let cool in oven.
