Fruit Bars
Fruit Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried mixed fruit, 1 c. chopped bananas, 2/3 c. orange juice, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 sticks butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Combine first four ingredients in bowl; set aside, stirring occasionally.
In large bowl, beat together sugar and margarine until creamy.
Add flour, oats and cinnamon. Beat until crumbly.
Use 3/4 cup oats for topping.
Press remaining oat mixture into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Spread fruit evenly over crust.
Combine nuts and reserved oat mixture.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake 16 to 20 minutes.
