Frozen Waldorf Salad
Frozen Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, pinch of salt, 1/2 c. pineapple juice and 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In saucepan, over medium heat, combine eggs, sugar, salt and juice.
Cook, stirring, until thick.
Add celery, pineapple, nuts and apples.
Fold in whipped cream and freeze. Place in refrigerator for about two hours before serving.
May be refrozen.
This keeps several months in freezer.
