Frozen Strawberry Dessert
Frozen Strawberry Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 3 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
Stir in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and pecans.
Pour half the gelatin mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Chill, covered, for 30 to 50 minutes or until set.
Prepare cheesecake using package directions.
Spread over congealed gelatin.
Cover with remaining gelatin mixture.
Chill until set.
Yield: 15 servings.
