Frozen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white vinegar (5%), 1 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. celery seed and 4 c. broccoli flowerets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Boil for 1 minute, then cool.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add vinegar mixture and toss. Pack into 4 (1 pint) freezer containers.
Cover and label. Freezes up to 1 month.
Thaw in refrigerator about 8 hours.
