Frozen Cranberry Salad
Frozen Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, c. lemon juice, (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce, (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Return leftovers to freezer.
