Frozen Cole Slaw
Frozen Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. cabbage, 2 bell peppers, chopped fine, 2 celery stalks, chopped fine, 2 1/2 c. white vinegar and 2 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle salt over grated cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
Put chopped celery and pepper over and leave 20 minutes.
Drain well. Mix vinegar, 2 cups water, sugar, mustard and celery seed; bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over cabbage mixture. Let stand until cool.
Pack into containers (not full).
Freeze. Delicious.
