Frosty Strawberry Squares
Frosty Strawberry Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 4 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the flour, butter, brown sugar and pecans together. Crumble on a rimmed cookie sheet and brown in oven; set aside. Beat egg whites; add sugar, gradually, while continuing to beat until stiffens.
Then stir in the thawed strawberries mixed with lemon juice.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold into strawberry mixture.
Sprinkle all but 1/4 cup of pecan mixture in bottom of a 9 x 12 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
Drop strawberry mixture on top by spoonfuls and gently spread until even.
Sprinkle remaining pecan mixture on top.
Freeze.
Will keep two weeks in freezer.
