Frosty Date Balls
Frosty Date Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo (soft), 1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/4 c. sifted plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream oleo and sugar.
Stir in water and vanilla.
Add flour and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in dates and nuts.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes or until cookies are set but not brown. While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
