Frosted Fruit Salad
Frosted Fruit Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 c. 7-up and 16 oz. crushed pineapple (save juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Stir jello well in hot water.
Add 7-Up and chill a little. Stir in pineapple and mandarin oranges.
Let set up well.
Then combine in saucepan flour, sugar, egg and 1 cup pineapple juice over medium heat.
Stir well until thick; remove from heat.
Stir together butter, cream cheese and Cool Whip and mix well.
Spread over congealed gelatin; add crushed pecans.
Chill well.
