Frogmore Stew
Frogmore Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. water, 3/4 c. old bay seasoning, 2 lb. new red potatoes, peeled, 2 lb. hot smoked sausage links, cut in 2-inch pieces and 12 ears corn, husked, cleaned and quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large stock pot, bring water and Old Bay seasoning to a boil.
Add potatoes; cook for 15 minutes.
Add sausage and cook 5 minutes more.
Add corn; cook another 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink.
Drain immediately and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
