Fried Whole Okra is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. young okra, 1/2 c. cornmeal, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and dash of cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut off stem end and tip of okra pods; wash thoroughly.
Cook in boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
Drain and dry completely. Roll in seasoned cornmeal.
