According to amount of vegetables you are going to use: Beat eggs pepper.
Wash and drain vegetables until dry.
Vegetables into a beaten egg, salt and pepper mixture. Mix
Ziploc or grocery bag
3/4 cup cornmeal to 1/4 cup flour.
Egg-coated vegetables and coat the vegetables with cornmeal/flour mixture, then fry in cooking oil until golden brown.
