Fried Turkey
Fried Turkey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. club cracker crumbs, 1 c. oil, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. kitchen bouquet and 1 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Roll crackers into crumbs.
Beat eggs with fork.
Cut turkey breast into small pieces (not too small).
Dip turkey into egg and roll in crackers.
Drop into hot oil until golden brown.
Turn and brown other side.
Remove from oil and place on rack in roaster. Mix Kitchen Bouquet and water.
Pour half mixture slowly over meat.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Pour rest of water and Kitchen Bouquet over meat after 3/4 hour of baking.
