Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 c. cooked rice, 4 eggs, scrambled, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 small can bean sprouts, drained and 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook eggs and set aside.

In wok or large iron skillet at high heat, spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

Add onion and cook about 1 1/2 minutes, then add bean sprouts.

Keep stirring, then add the rice and soy sauce.

Fold into onion and bean sprouts. The rice should have a light brown color.

Stir until blended, then fold in egg.

Remove from heat and toss with green onion.
