Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef chunks, 2 cans tiny shrimp, rice, 6 green onions and fresh mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook beef chunks in pressure cooker (10 to 15 minutes, until tender) with butter.
(Brown with butter; cook with water.) Drain, saving broth.
Measure broth, replacing water with broth. Cook rice, using a little less broth/water.
Drain shrimp.
When rice is done, put oil and butter in skillet.
Add onions, mushrooms and shrimp. Cook until mushrooms are done.
Add beef; stir.
Add rice.
Fry until brownish.
