Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. salad oil, 3 eggs, beaten, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 green onions with tops and 2 c. cold, cooked white rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
In hot oil, saute rice over medium heat, stirring with a metal spoon about 5 minutes or until golden.
Stir eggs into rice; cook, stirring constantly and over medium heat until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.
Stir in bacon, soy sauce and pepper; combine well.
Garnish with green onions.
