Fried Lumpia Rolls
Fried Lumpia Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 6 crushed cloves garlic, 1 medium onion, chopped, 3 c. finely shredded cabbage and 3 c. string beans, cut in fine slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Saute the garlic in olive oil.
Add onion.
Cook until soft. Add chicken breasts.
Brown.
Add string beans, cabbage, carrots and garbanzo beans.
Stir and cook until half done.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cool in a colander, while allowing liquid to drain out.
When cool, wrap in lumpia wrapper.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve with dipping sauce, mixture of vinegar, crushed garlic and black pepper.
