Fresh Strawberry Pie
Fresh Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 2 c. strawberries, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 box strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bake pie crust and set aside.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Boil for 3 minutes until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add jello until dissolved.
Cool mixture.
Place sliced strawberries in cooled pie crust.
Pour jello mixture over strawberries.
Cool for 1 hour.
Top with whipped topping and serve.
