Fresh Strawberry Pie

Put sugar and water in saucepan.
Dissolve cornstarch in as little water as possible and stir into sugar and water mixture; cook until thick and clear.
Remove from heat.
Add Jell-O and coloring.
Place strawberries in bottom of baked pie shell.
Pour filling over strawberries and chill.
