Fresh Strawberry Cobbler
Fresh Strawberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. strawberries, washed and hulled (1 qt.), 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. margarine and 1 1/2 c. buttermilk biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Spray with nonstick vegetable shortening a 6 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Toss berries lightly with sugar and lemon juice and place in baking dish.
