Fresh Pear Cake
Fresh Pear Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. soft pears, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans, 3 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine pears, sugar and pecans and let set for 1 hour, stirring often.
Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and soda. Add oil, vanilla and eggs.
Not use mixer.
Pour into tube pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 15 to 20 minutes before removing from pan.
