"Fresh" Peach Pie
"Fresh" Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frozen pie crust, thawed and baked, 5 or 6 fresh, ripe peaches, 1 c. sugar (1/2 c. nutrasweet for diabetics), 1 c. water and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Peel peaches and slice in bowl.
Put sugar, water and cornstarch in plastic pan (microwave bowl).
Cook 1 minute at a time in microwave until thick and clear.
Add jello.
Put peaches and jello mixture in crust alternately.
Use whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping, if desired.
