Fresh Mushroom Soup

Chop the onion fine and cook in butter until brown.
Slice mushrooms and add.
Stir until done.
Add flour and stir to coat mushrooms.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes at medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to keep from burning.
Add beef stock, stirring continuously.
Reduce to medium heat; cook ten minutes (do not boil).
Add cream and spices.
Stir and serve.
