Fresh Herbed Vermicelli
Fresh Herbed Vermicelli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 or 7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli noodles, 1/3 c. unsalted butter, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley and 3/4 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook vermicelli according to directions.
Drain well.
Set aside.
In same saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in remaining ingredients and vermicelli.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (3 to 5 minutes).
Serve with green salad.
Great summer lunch.
