Fresh Blueberry Pie
Fresh Blueberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. blueberries, washed and drained, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine 1 cup blueberries with sugar and water in saucepan. Mix cornstarch with a little of the water.
Stir to a smooth paste. Add to mixture in pan, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add salt, lemon juice, jello and butter.
Pour over remaining 3 cups (or more) blueberries in baked pie shell. Chill several hours.
