Fresh Banana Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large bananas, 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice, 3 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mash bananas in blender with a little pineapple juice.
Mix bananas, pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice.
In a separate container, mix sugar and water; boil 15 minutes.
Let cool; add fruit mixture and freeze as long as 1 to 2 weeks ahead.
Take out 2 hours before serving and thaw to a mush.
Add chilled ginger ale at serving time.
