Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, 3 eggs, 3 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar and oil in a large bowl.
Stir to mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well into the sugar and oil.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add this mixture to the oil mixture.
Stir well.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Spoon batter into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
