Fresh Apple Cake

Measure sifted flour.
Add baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Sift together into a large bowl.
Add oil, apples and vanilla.
Beat by hand or on medium speed the eggs until light yellow in color.
Gradually add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
Fold the egg mixture into the apple mixture, blending thoroughly.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into lightly greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
Serve warm or cold.
