Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped raw apples, 1 1/2 c. all vegetable cooking oil, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 2 1/2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel apples and chop; set aside.
Pour cooking oil into large mixing bowl; and eggs and beat.
Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
Gradually add flour to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Gently fold in chopped apples. Grease a 10-inch tube pan and line with waxed paper; pour in batter. Bake at 350Β° one hour or until done. When cake is cool, remove from pan and drizzle on Sugar Glaze.
