Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. self-rising flour, sifted, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 3/4 c. salad oil and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Sift flour, cinnamon and sugar together.
Add oil and eggs.
Beat thoroughly for 4 minutes on medium speed or 300 strokes by hand (almost too thick for mixer).
Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla. Pour in pan.
Bake 1 hour or until springs back when pushed down (maybe more).
Can be covered with 2 packages of butterscotch morsels.
Let them bake on top of cake, or make glaze.
