Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium tart apples, sliced, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Slice apples.
Mix with cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar and set aside.
Mix 2 cups sugar, Wesson oil, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt and vanilla in a large bowl.
(Batter will be stiff.) Beat well with spoon.
Put in Bundt pan a layer of batter, layer of apples and layer of batter.
Pour juices that are left from apple mixture on top and sides.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 1/2 hours.
