Fresh Apple and Pecan Cake
Fresh Apple And Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or oleo, 2 c. sugar, 3 whole eggs, 3 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream oleo and sugar until real creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Mix and sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and mace.
Add gradually to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Stir in chopped apple and blend well.
Add pecans and mix by hand, then spoon into greased tube pan, pressing with hands.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until it springs back when touched.
Cool in pan before placing on cake plate.
