French Toast
French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 3/4 to 1 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar and 8 slices day old bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and sugar. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in 10-inch frypan.
Dip bread, one slice at a time, in egg mixture.
Then fry in oil over low heat.
When brown on one side, turn and brown other side.
When done, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Serve with syrup or jelly.
Makes 8 servings.
