French Quiche
French Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 strips bacon, 3 eggs, dash of salt, dash of cayenne pepper and 1 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Fry bacon until crispy and drain on paper towel. Crumble bacon into pie shell in a 9-inch pie pan. Top with grated cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt, white pepper and cayenne in blender.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 30 minutes. This can be prepared and frozen (wrapped in aluminum foil) before baking. Serves 6 to 8.
