French Onion Soup
French Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions, 2 1/2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 cans condensed beef broth, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 french rolls or toast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook onions in butter until lightly browned.
Add broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to boil; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle toast with Parmesan cheese.
Pour soup into bowls. Float toast.
