French Glaze Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, 1 qt. strawberries, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and whipped cream (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash, drain and cap strawberries.
Place half of berries in baked pie shell.
Crush the remaining berries and, if necessary, add water to make 1 1/2 cups juice.
Bring to a boil and stir in mixture of sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until clear (boil 1 minute).
Pour mixture over berries in shell and chill at least 3 hours.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
