French Country Eggs
French Country Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. eggs, 1 small container heavy cream, 8 oz. grated cheese and 1 lb. bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Partially pre-cook bacon.
Line bottom of casserole with one-half of bacon strips.
Break six eggs and space them evenly on top of the bacon strips. Surround each egg with a thin circle of heavy cream.
Top with grated cheese.
Repeat second layer on top of first, using remaining bacon and eggs.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 325Β°.
