French Almond Meringues is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 c. sugar and 1/3 c. finely chopped blanched almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Cool 5 minutes.
Combine egg whites and vanilla; beat until stiff.
Fold in sugar, almonds and cooled chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
