Fred's Whole Wheat Honey Bread
Fred'S Whole Wheat Honey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In mixing bowl stir whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Combine beaten egg, buttermilk, honey and melted margarine.
Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Fold in walnuts and raisins.
Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° until done 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pan. Cool on rack.
