Press flour, oleo and 1/2 cup pecans in baking dish; bake in oven about 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and 1/2 of Cool Whip.
Spread on first layer.
Next, mix instant pudding.
Spread on second layer.
Spread on rest of Cool Whip and top with remaining pecans.
Chill for about 2 hours before serving.
