Frank's Sausage and Peppers
Frank'S Sausage And Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot italian sausage, 3 green peppers, 3/4 c. red wine, 3 tbsp. olive oil and salt and pepper if needed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove stems and seeds from green peppers and cut into chunks. In ovenproof dish, saute green peppers in olive oil until soft (on top of stove).
Sprinkle with a little salt.
Remove green peppers from dish; brown sausage in same dish.
Add red wine and cover; bake for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Uncover, add sauteed green pepper and bake 30 more minutes.
Serve in same dish.
