Sift flour with baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well, then add carrots, pineapple, nuts and raisins. until smooth and pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° or until cake tests done when toothpick is inserted.
Frost with a cream cheese frosting.
Keep refrigerated.
